Your Build Process
Thank you for considering Broder Homes
We know that for most people, purchasing a house is the single biggest investment of their life.
We also appreciate and respect that the decision to buy new is motivated by a desire for quality, craftsmanship, service, and warranty. We know that there are many options to choose from when deciding who will build your home, but we feel our process stands out in several key areas:
No Hidden Fees & Customized Design
We feel very strongly that once a price is agreed upon, no changes or hidden fees will pop up to surprise you. Because of that, the Broder team puts a lot of time and effort into designing and customizing your house before any work is done. The plans will be drawn (and redrawn until you are happy with them). The design of the entire project will be coordinated by our interior designer, with as much input from you as possible, and a final price will be given based on your choices. If you don’t like the price, you’ll decide what adjustments you want to make until you do like it.
The bottom line, once a price is agreed upon, the only way it will ever change is if you decide to upgrade something after the fact.
Open Dialogue and Communication
Building a home is a process, and while we go to great effort to ensure all decisions are made before construction begins, we understand that things happen, and minds change. If you decide to change a component of the design, we are always more than happy to accommodate
We believe in honesty and communication. Our customers are encouraged to go to the site, after working hours, look around and ask as many questions as they can think of. Our philosophy is the more eyes on the project the better it will turn out.
At Broder Homes, we are constantly improving the quality of our builds. In residential construction, that means working with tradesmen who take their workmanship seriously and know their value. We take pride in our skilled tradespeople, both in the quality of their work and their professionalism on the job site.
